In contemporary American society, it takes brass gonads to put up a billboard in both English and Arabic that says, basically, "Inform yourself about world events from a number of different sources, then decide for yourself what's happening."

Putting the Fox News (or "Faux News") logo right next to the Al-Jazeera logo is a nice touch.

You'll notice this is a Viacom billboard, not a ClearChannel billboard. That's because good, patriotic Americans prefer to have their opinions spoon-fed to them by gigantic corporate monoliths like ClearChannel, right? Right? And that means if you don't listen to ClearChannel, the terrorists win, right?
