This billboard isn't even technically well-done. The three people were obviously photographed separately--the lighting and color balance is different on all three--and then clumsily superimposed behind the flag. If you look at the hands belonging to the woman in the center, though, it's clear that whoever belongs to those hands wasn't even holding that flag at all.
Come to think of it, those look rather like a man's hands, don't they?
